Job summary

Within Health is recruiting a licensed Master’s level Primary Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with eating disorders via telehealth. This PRN role requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and collaboration with the Clinical Team to develop treatment plans.

Applicants must be licensed in Hawaii and able to work in Hawaii-Aleutian Time. The position is remote, with reliable internet and telehealth proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Fully licensed to practice in Hawaii (HI).
• Experience treating clients with eating disorders is essential.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with clients and families.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and update individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide services and adjust plans.
• Coordinate services for each client and document progress.
• Conduct group therapy sessions per program schedule.
• Engage families when appropriate and refer to outside specialists when needed.
• Maintain thorough patient records and ensure confidentiality.
