Humana Inc. and CenterWell Senior Primary Care are seeking a Senior Strategy professional to shape PCO's strategic direction and translate it into measurable business results. You will lead analyses, build business cases, and present findings to senior leaders and the Board.

The role requires EST hours, remote work with some travel, and 40 hours per week. Competitive base pay ranges from $104,000 to $143,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role requiring core consulting skills.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting operational and financial data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution through influence and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables that communicate complex concepts with clarity.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities, using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations that inform leadership and Board decision-making.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations to support business priorities.
• Own priority workstreams, including workplans, interdependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk identification to support successful execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement through working sessions, stakeholder alignment activities, and decision-support efforts that advance strategy development and enable coordinated execution across PCO.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates that communicate progress, risks, and strategic implications.
