Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. This physician role is fully virtual with flexible scheduling and independent contractor status.

Licensed in at least five states, you will provide high-quality telemedicine care, perform assessments, order labs, prescribe non-controlled meds, and collaborate with a support team. Expect 15–20 hours weekly and compensation of $35 per completed consult.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in at least five U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (fees covered).
• Experience in telemedicine or high-volume clinical practice.
• Excellent communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build strong doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret labs to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide use (excluding most controlled substances).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
