PeopleOne Health is seeking a Virtual Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive care to both adult and pediatric patients via telemedicine. This role emphasizes preventive care within a value-based model and relies on a multidisciplinary virtual team to optimize outcomes.

The physician will document in the EHR, participate in quality initiatives, and engage in ongoing education and community outreach. Remote, part-time work with Florida licensure is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics.
• Active Florida medical license (or willingness to obtain additional states upon hire).
• Current DEA license in good standing.
• No J-1 or other visa sponsorships available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care Delivery: Provide full-spectrum outpatient care to patients of all ages via telehealth.
• Patient Education: Educate, support, and counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with pharmacists, dietitians, care coordinators, and behavioral health partners.
• Clinical Documentation: Document encounters and care plans in the EHR.
• Quality & Compliance: Participate in quality initiatives and peer reviews.
• Practice Development: Attend provider meetings and support organizational growth.
