Job summary

Ladders seeks a Primary Care Physician for a remote/hybrid role (Spear Street) with a sign-on bonus. Expect four clinic days and one remote day in a modern, team-based care model blending in-person and telehealth visits.

Coordinate with in-office and remote colleagues to deliver human-centered care, pursue clinical best practices, and support ongoing learning in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
• State licensed in California before starting.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with a wide range of primary care needs.
• In-office, testing center, and telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Perform in-office procedures using clinical training.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care as needed.
