Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a leader in Hospitals & Medical Centers. The role offers longitudinal primary care for a diverse patient panel across in-person and virtual settings, with 4 days in clinic and 1 day remote.

You will collaborate with onsite teammates and remote clinical colleagues to support high-quality, coordinated care, supervise APP colleagues, and engage in ongoing clinical learning and procedures.

Qualifications

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
• California state licensure before starting.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with a wide range of primary care needs.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with onsite teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues.
• Obtain additional state licensure to support virtual primary care coverage.
