Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leader in Hospitals & Medical Centers. The role provides hands-on primary care for a diverse patient panel, with in-person visits and select telehealth in a modern outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with on-site and virtual clinical teams, contribute to coordinated care, and participate in regular clinical rounds to enhance learning and care quality.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• 2 years of outpatient primary care experience, or 1 year plus fellowship or urgent care experience.
• Active California state licensure by start date.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.
• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with a wide range of care needs.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds to support continuous learning and care quality.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Obtain additional state licensure to support virtual primary care services.
