Teladoc Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care remotely, diagnosing, treating, and educating patients via telemedicine with a patient-centered approach.

This 100% remote role requires multi-state licensure, strong clinical experience in primary care, and willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays, focusing on evidence-based practice and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• APRNs with MSN or DNP and board certification.
• Licensed in at least 3 states at interview.
• Full Practice Authority and independent practice.
• Experience in primary care or family practice.
• Remote/hybrid care delivery experience preferred.
• Bilingual English–Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct virtual patient assessments, including history, exams, and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patient education.
• Order and interpret labs/imaging to guide care decisions.
• Prescribe medications per evidence-based guidelines.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and collaborate with care teams.
• Stay current with telemedicine practices and guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
