Job summary

The Hartford is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support Personal Lines Auto and Home product changes by delivering high-quality rate and rule updates, filing exhibits with regulators, and partnering with IT to deploy changes.

You will collaborate with pricing analytics, product management, data science, and operations, maintaining documentation and driving process improvements. Hybrid or remote work with in-office presence near an office.

Qualifications

Four-year degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
Self-driven with strong time management and ability to multi-task.
Proactive with strong attention to detail.
Independent, passionate and resourceful.
Curious and able to influence others.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Update rate and rule manuals with proposed changes, compile and submit filing exhibits for state regulators, and partner with IT to deploy product changes into market.
Participate in countrywide projects, class plan enhancements or maintenance of complex product features.
Develop and maintain partnerships with pricing analytics, countrywide and state product management, technology, operations, data science, compliance and legal.
Work as a team to continuously improve capabilities, including process improvements, documentation and quality measures.
