The Hartford is seeking a Pricing Delivery Analyst for Personal Insurance in Scottsdale, AZ. This role supports rate and rule changes, regulator filings, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality product updates.

You will partner with pricing analytics, product management, IT, and Compliance, working in a hybrid or remote setup with optional office presence. Strong communication, time management, and detail orientation are essential.

Formación

• Four-year degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and resourceful.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF.

Responsabilidades

• Update rate and rule manuals with proposed changes, compile and submit filing exhibits for state regulators, and partner with IT to deploy product changes into market.
• Participate in countrywide projects, class plan enhancements or maintenance of complex product features.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with pricing analytics, countrywide and state product management, technology, operations, data science, compliance and legal organizations.
• Work as a team to continuously challenge and improve the capabilities of the organization, including process improvements, documentation and quality measures.
