Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage pricing or a similar quantitative role.
• Working knowledge of non-QM and DSCR lending and pricing adjustments.
• Strong understanding of gain-on-sale, spreads, and margin waterfall.
• Advanced Excel skills for building financial and analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Market Analysis and monitor market factors like rates and bids.
• Analyze rate sheet pricing across LTV, DSCR, FICO, and state variations.
• Recommend pricing changes and quantify margin impact.
• Build and maintain pricing/margin dashboards for leadership.
• Model potential margin and volume impacts of pricing strategies.
• Support FP&A with budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Produce monthly reporting on concessions, pricing trends and margin impact.
