Job summary

A leading distributor of biopharmaceuticals is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to manage product records and supplier contracts. This remote role requires a finance background, with responsibilities including chargeback reporting and process improvements. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience with SAP and EDI. The position offers a salary of $25 to $30 per hour, along with comprehensive health benefits and other perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a sales or contract administration role in a warehouse, wholesale or distributor company.
• Prior experience in a company that distributed healthcare or pharma products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product records in the material master and condition records.
• Ensure adherence to contract pricing and terms from suppliers.
• Responsible for chargeback reporting for assigned vendors.
• Develop relationships with supplier chargeback personnel for quick issue resolution.
• Load appropriate data from EDI 845s and process outgoing data for EDI 844s.
• Load and maintain condition records in SAP for purchase orders.
• Identify efficiencies through process improvements in workflows.
