Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of proposal pricing experience.
• Experience with price proposals including wage determinations and CBAs.

Responsibilities

• Develops prices and cost/price volumes with support teams.
• Reviews data and builds pricing models for medium to complex proposals.
• Develops proposal strategies to meet company objectives.
• Creates cost narratives aligning with pricing methodologies and guidance.
• Ensures compliance with estimating system and policies.
• Provides pricing guidance to field personnel and mentors junior staff.
• Performs QA reviews of cost/price components.
