Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Pricing Analyst II- Change Order & Modifications for a remote role with occasional travel. The analyst will prepare cost/price proposals, ensure compliance with estimating standards, and support field pricing activities.

The ideal candidate has a solid grounding in financial principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in an related discipline, 3 years of cost proposal experience, US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; associated discipline preferred.
• 3 years of experience in cost proposal preparation or cost proposal development; relevant finance experience may be considered.
• US Citizenship required to apply.
• Travel 10–15% may be required.
• Remote position; preferred to be near a HQ facility or able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with Operations, Business Development and Support groups to gather data for pricing components.
• Prepares cost/price volume responses for simple to medium complexity proposals.
• Ensures compliance with estimating system manuals and policies.
• Performs QA reviews to ensure accurate cost/price components.
• Provides pricing guidance and support to field personnel.
• Builds and updates cost models and templates to meet objectives.
• Trains and guides junior pricing team members.
