Job summary

Work At Home Vintage Experts LLC seeks a Pricing Actuary to develop and refine pricing models for Property & Casualty products in a remote, long-term role. You will analyze datasets, collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Reserving and Claims, and support regulatory filings.

A strong actuarial background and predictive modeling expertise are required. We offer full or part-time schedules with benefits and a flexible work-from-home arrangement.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• 10 most current years of actuarial insurance pricing experience in P&C
• ACAS or FCAS designation preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related major
• Proficiency in predictive modeling and machine learning techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine pricing models to assess risk and profitability for various Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Monitor and analyze datasets of existing products, including experience and exposure rating, adjusting pricing models as needed.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Reserving and Claims to support pricing and profitable growth strategies.
• Support the development and filing of rate changes with regulatory bodies.
• Extract and manipulate data in relational databases: SAS, SQL, VBA, R, Prophet, Python or similar.
