Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, worldwide contractor role. You will evaluate AI-generated designs across graphic design, video, motion graphics, and UI/UX, and provide high-quality human feedback to train AI models.

Required: proven paid experience in human-data work for AI models and strong English communication. You will work with a range of tools including Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva, ensuring creative quality aligns with project criteria.

Qualifications

Graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX design proficiency.
Experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW and related tools.
Attention to detail and ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs with high quality feedback.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural and Milanote.
Evaluate AI-generated designs and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, motion, and user experience.
