Job summary

Pheasants Forever, Inc., and Quail Forever seek a Senior Prescribed Burn Association Coordinator to support the APBA program across Arkansas. You will train PBAs, coordinate reporting, and manage burn equipment and outreach with landowners and partners.

The role requires a BS in a natural resources field, prescribed fire credentials, and strong communication. Remote work with statewide AR coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor of Science in forestry, wildlife management, fire ecology or related field.
• Prescribed fire training and certifications are required.
• Experience coordinating prescribed burn programs and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed fire training to local PBAs and landowners.
• Coordinate burn acreage reporting and equipment distribution.
• Serve as the main contact for PBA officers and APBA board communications.
