Job summary

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) seeks an Analyst I to support the Prenatal Screening Program within the GDSP division. Under supervision, you will perform technical and analytical duties, assist with program supplies, and improve user experiences with online applications.

This role may include telework per department policy, but requires California residency and occasional travel. You will coordinate data, respond to inquiries, and help forecast inventory and service needs

Qualifications

• Strong data/systems skills for troubleshooting and workflow support.
• Analytical problem solving to interpret incomplete data and forecast needs.
• Clear communication for troubleshooting and training.
• Experience coordinating inventory, tracking stock, and interpreting warehouse reports.
• Attention to detail for data entry and subpoenas.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting for data analysis of supply data.
