Job summary

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) seeks an Analyst I to support the Prenatal Screening Program under the Health Program Manager I, Chief of the Prenatal Logistics Unit. The role conducts technical and analytical tasks to improve service delivery, manage program supplies, and optimize user experiences in GDSP online applications.

You will collaborate with clinicians and patients, monitor data, assist with workflow improvements, and ensure accurate data entry and inventory

Qualifications

• Strong data and systems skills for navigating and troubleshooting processes.
• Analytical problem solver able to interpret case data and identify trends.
• Clear communicator for troubleshooting and training.
• Experience coordinating inventory and supplies and forecasting orders.
• High attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting for data analysis.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing and validating system changes.
