Job summary

USAble Life is seeking a Premium Billing Reconciliation Specialist I for a remote role. You will reconcile premium billings, maintain suspense, and generate refunds while ensuring accuracy in member and group reconciliations.

The role requires 2–4 years in accounting or financial operations, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. A multi-level position with eligibility for incentives and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Experience researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reconcile financial data.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills with formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and process premium billings and balances daily reports.
• Maintain and research premium suspense.
• Generate premium refunds and correspondence.
• Perform member and group terminations.
• Perform member level reconciliations.
