Job summary

CNA Insurance is seeking a Premium Audit Consultant to manage the Midwest territory, including audits for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. This is a work-from-home role with remote/hybrid audits and some travel for on-site audits when required.

You will classify risks, determine premium bases, and ensure compliance with ISO, NCCI, and Independent Bureaus’ rules. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with travel within the territory as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent.
• Experience with ISO, NCCI & Independent Bureau States required.
• Typically a minimum of five years of related work experience.
• PAAS Certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of highly complex accounts substantiating accuracy of policy classifications, exposure base inclusions/exclusions, status of subcontractors, subcontractor cost allocations, business and final customer relationship and audits the overall business.
• Conducts interviews with the insured to obtain information regarding operations and risk.
• Compiles and analyzes client's operations and accounting records for accuracy in preparation of audit.
• Recognizes and communicates regular and irregular audit findings and financial conditions of an insured to the agent and branch underwriting.
