Job summary

The Preconstruction Project Manager leads the Preconstruction Group, overseeing daily management, budget and schedule from award to mobilization, while coordinating meetings, bids, and procurement in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years field experience as Project Engineer or similar role.
• Strong leadership and remote-team coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead Preconstruction Group efforts from notice of award to mobilization.
• Maintain cost control ledger and project cost statements.
• Prepare bid packages and solicit/evaluate bids; manage LNTP scope.
• Set up and maintain CMiC system and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and legal for contract scopes.
