Qualifications

• Experience leading preconstruction for municipal Water/Wastewater projects.
• Experience GMP estimates and pricing.
• CMAR / Progressive Design-Build experience.
• Travel up to 25% and valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor's degree required; 12–20 years of municipal water/wastewater experience.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Lead design phase coordination between engineering and estimating teams.
• Develop GMP budgets and bid packages.
• Maintain preconstruction schedules with Primavera P6.
• Identify and mitigate risks early in the design process.
• Engage municipal owners and engineers to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate transition from preconstruction to construction with operations.
