Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; professional development encouraged.
• Experience in municipal Water/Wastewater projects is required.
• Strong collaboration with owners, engineers, and operations teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development, RFQs, and RFP responses.
• Lead client interviews and presentations.
• Maintain strong municipal owner and engineer relationships.
• Coordinate design with estimating and operations teams during preconstruction.
• Review drawings and geotechnical reports for constructability.
• Identify risks early and provide constructability comments.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier participation for GMP budgets.
• Maintain preconstruction schedules in P6 and align with construction planning.
• Lead milestone and stakeholder coordination meetings.
