Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to guide integration, governance, and transformation of complex healthcare data for AI training. This fully remote, hourly contract role supports global research teams and flexible hours, 10–40 hours per week.

You will design pipelines across genomics and clinical data, drive governance, and collaborate with clinicians and engineers to ensure data quality and regulatory alignment for AI model training in healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data integration and governance for genomic and clinical datasets.
• Proven ability to translate complex biomedical data into insights for AI models.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, research, and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
• Lead analytical strategies that convert complex datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine and clinical decision support
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor
• Translate advanced findings into clear outputs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Evaluate and improve data annotation, quality, and governance frameworks that underpin AI model training
