Who You Are

• Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
• Able to work cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
• Comfortable operating independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Detail-oriented and rigorous — you understand that data quality in healthcare isn't optional

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality systems, or evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with AI model development or machine learning pipelines in a biomedical context
• Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or clinical informatics
