Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to ensure hospital data used in AI training is accurate, trusted, and compliant. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and the chance to shape data governance for clinical AI.

You will evaluate health records, identify data gaps and risks, and provide structured feedback to improve data quality and governance controls across clinical and IT domains.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare data governance programs.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and data privacy requirements.
• Ability to assess data quality across clinical and operational domains.
• Detail-oriented with ability to document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hospital health records for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and security.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance risks in data structures, workflows, and documentation.
• Assess data policies' support for safe patient care and informed decision‑making.
• Provide structured feedback on data quality, classification, and governance controls.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
