Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to guide the development of AI models in precision medicine. This fully remote hourly contract role focuses on genomics, clinical data, and healthcare analytics to train AI systems responsibly and effectively.

You will design data pipelines, lead integration of diverse datasets, and collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineers to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific integrity.

We're looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to help guide the development of cutting-edge AI models — bringing deep healthcare and life sciences knowledge to one of the most consequential frontiers in modern technology.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced data professionals with a background in genomics, clinical informatics, or healthcare analytics. You'll work alongside leading AI research teams to ensure that complex, high-stakes medical data is handled with rigor, translated into meaningful insights, and used to train AI that genuinely advances precision medicine.

Who You Are

• Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into actionable insights
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in technical or regulated environments
• Sharp analytical thinker who can bridge the gap between raw data and real-world clinical meaning
• Self-directed, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools, EHR systems, or clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, OMOP)
• Background in translational research, precision oncology, or population health analytics
• Experience working with or evaluating large language models (LLMs) in scientific contexts
