Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a Client Reimbursement Advocate - PreService to join the team. This 100% remote role partners with providers to negotiate disputes and secure access to care, while advocating for members to minimize balance billing and denials.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in healthcare or customer service and strong communication, negotiation, and coding knowledge. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare, health insurance, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytic skills.
• Experience with negotiations preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms, medical coding, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized service across channels as a single point of contact and own member resolution.
• Coordinate elevated member issue resolution with urgency and accountability.
• Contact providers to negotiate single case agreements and support access to care issues.
• Document all communications and explain plan pricing metrics to providers.
• Assist members in identifying alternative providers when needed.
• Build trusted relationships, escalate challenges, and negotiate settlements for fair access to care.
