Job summary

gpac is seeking a California-licensed attorney to drive front-end client intake and pre-litigation efforts. This fully remote role supports high-volume matters and remote collaboration with the firm’s litigation team.

The successful candidate will handle client interviews, case evaluations, and strategic negotiations while drafting pleadings and demand packages. A J.D., California Bar admission, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Experience with pre-litigation, intake, or plaintiff-side case evaluation.
• Strong negotiation, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage a high volume of new matters.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new client matters and conduct initial case assessments.
• Interview prospective clients and gather case information.
• Handle pre-litigation negotiations and demand resolution.
• Draft demand packages, settlement documents, and pre-litigation pleadings.
• Manage intake workflow and coordinate with the litigation team.
• Advise clients on case strategy and resolution options.
