Job summary

Jobot seeks an in-house Litigation Support Attorney for a fully remote role with a top California PI firm. You will handle internal firm matters such as fee arbitrations, interpleaders, and business disputes while supporting the litigation team with hearings, depositions, and court appearances.

Active California Bar license is required; litigation experience is strongly preferred. This role offers visibility into how a large firm operates from the inside and provides a varied, stable workload.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• Litigation experience strongly preferred; comfort in a courtroom and at the deposition table is a must.
• In-house, risk management, or firm administration experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal firm legal matters including fee arbitrations, interpleaders, and business disputes.
• Provide litigation support coverage: hearings, depositions, and court appearances as needed.
