Qualifications

• 4+ years handling California employment litigation for Associate consideration; 9+ years for Of Counsel.
• Ability to operate in first-chair capacity.
• Manage large volumes of documents efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical briefs to clients and carriers.
• Engage in settlement activities like mediations.
