Job summary

Teleperformance USA is hiring a Pre-License Support Specialist in Florida. You will undergo a 7‑day paid training to prepare for the State Insurance Exam to become a Licensed Insurance Agent.

TP provides a trainer, study materials, and exam costs. After successfully passing the exam, you join the Insurance department to apply your license and handle customer concerns following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be located in FL, IN or TX.
• Must have your own laptop or PC with webcam for the 7‑day course.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Must meet state requirements to obtain Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries during training and licensing process.
• Support policyholders with billing questions after licensing.
• Provide guidance to first-level representatives on complex issues.
• Assist with policy changes and service needs.
