Viatris seeks a Lead Specialist, PRC Operations to drive the US PRC approvals for marketed assets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide agencies, and manage launch readiness using VMAP and Veeva Vault.

You will mentor contractors, optimize processes, and deliver monthly KPI reporting while aligning with Marketing Operations on capacity and timelines. Remote US office, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of experience in pharma or related field.
• Strong knowledge of promotional review, approval, and material production processes.
• Experience with VMAP, MLR/Regulatory review, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage projects, timelines and vendor performance.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive US PRC approval process per FDA regulations and VMAP SOP.
• Liaise with marketing agencies and document owners on PRC standards.
• Lead cross-functional PRC meetings and track required actions.
• Coordinate end-to-end PRC activities for new product launches.
• Manage communications among PRC stakeholders and Marketing Operations.
• Provide day-to-day direction to contractors and plan workload.
• Plan PRC workload with Marketing; address capacity and scheduling conflicts.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for VMAP, Lifecycle Management and DAM.
• Create monthly metrics and KPI reporting for Marketing Operations.
• Train users of Veeva Vault and VMAP processes; serve as SME.
