Job summary

BECK Media & Marketing is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team. This remote-first role offers real ownership from day one, with frequent in-person commitments in the Tri-State area.

You’ll work directly with senior strategists on a range of entertainment and tech accounts. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in PR or communications, strong writing, and a genuine interest in where entertainment and technology collide.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years PR or communications experience (internships count)
• Strong writing and ability to hit deadlines
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Curious and coachable, not precious about feedback
• Interest in where entertainment, pop culture, and tech collide

Responsibilities

• Build media lists and identify press targets across projects
• Write pitches, press releases, submissions, and executive bios
• Develop relationships with media and influencers; flag pitching opportunities
• Track and report editorial and social coverage for multiple clients
• Maintain a database of speaking, editorial, and award opportunities
• Support multiple tech, entertainment, and brand accounts; assist with scheduling and events
