Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for a portfolio of urgent care clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, and narrative during client discussions, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will own channel strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth while working with multi-location brands and US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth you can cite.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing decisions.
• Implement reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps per client and explain outcomes.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term value.
