You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS/CPA, and lead campaign testing with a focus on multi-location urgent care clients. Strong English with US clients is essential for live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Track conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report outcomes.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
