You will build roadmaps, test creatives, and ensure accurate attribution using GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels. Strong US-English communication is essential, with remote work across international locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, building and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
