Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client walkthroughs.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location or healthcare-like clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client; explain the numbers.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationship management.
