In this hybrid, strategic-operations position, you will join sales calls, shape strategy, oversee specialists, and build performance roadmaps to ensure measurable client outcomes. You own the results, reporting and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC/SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console and paid media optimization.
• Ability to craft strategic recommendations for clients and account executives.
• Track record of overseeing execution teams and deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical skills and rapid issue diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Create 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Track KPIs, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Coordinate priorities with the marketing PM and provide weekly direction.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
