Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a results-driven PPC analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. You’ll audit client accounts every 36–48 hours, monitor budgets, and use Google Ads, Analytics and Looker Studio to deliver clear weekly insights.

As you prove SOP mastery during a 90-day probation, you’ll gain autonomy to apply high-level changes, build keyword strategies, and ensure campaigns reach the right audience.

Qualifications

• Process-Driven with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Foundational understanding of PPC concepts and eagerness to learn.
• Proactive problem solver who analyzes data and flags issues.
• Tech-savvy with Excel/Sheets, pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable home setup.

Responsibilities

• Audit client accounts every 36 to 48 hours to monitor spend and prevent waste.
• Pull insights from Google Ads and Analytics to create weekly flash reports.
• Maintain Looker Studio dashboards for clear campaign visibility.
• Conduct robust keyword research and set up ads to reach the right audience.
• Document actions in an Optimization Journal during probation and beyond.
