Manulife is seeking a Lead Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of the Power Platform across global teams, following Microsoft best practices and security standards. This role collaborates with Segment on AI agents and enterprise architecture to standardize integrations and configurations.

The position is fully remote in Canada or the USA, with responsibilities spanning training, architecture guidance, and delivery of well-governed solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years as a Cloud developer.
5+ years in Power Platform / Dynamics 365 as pro-code developer.
5+ years as solutions architect or lead engineer.
2+ years with Azure DevOps, GitHub and Power Platform CLI.
Strong analysis of business and security needs across projects.

Responsibilities

Train global teams in Power Platform development and security via workshops.
Lead on-demand engagements guiding architects and developers in design principles.
Collaborate with Segment/Enterprise architects on repeatable patterns.
Work within Enterprise Tech Power Platform team to deliver a governed, compliant service.
