Job summary

DSA, Inc. seeks a software engineer to design, build, and sustain modern applications and data-driven solutions that drive automation and decision support across enterprise environments.

You will design, deploy Power Platform solutions, build Power BI reports, and integrate AI capabilities with Copilot in enterprise contexts. This role requires 5+ years in software engineering, advanced Power Automate skills, and DoD clearance eligibility. Hybrid onsite 1x/week with a salary range noted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with demonstrable delivery.
• Advanced Power Automate expertise and governance experience.
• Solid Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power BI).
• Proven secure, production-grade integrations.
• Strong data modeling, DAX, and governance in Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation; comfortable with demos.
• Security+ or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Power Platform certifications (PL-900/PL-100/PL-300) or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy apps integrating with Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Lead Power Platform solutions and governance at scale.
• Build Power BI reports/dashboards and data models.
• Integrate AI capabilities into new and existing apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate quickly.
