Job summary
Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer to modernize operations by delivering integrated Microsoft 365 solutions, automated workflows, and data-driven reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable, secure digital applications for a major Government organization at the headquarter level.
The role emphasizes low-code/no-code development, building secure, maintainable apps, and delivering insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years in Power BI development.
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in SharePoint development and data integration.
- Experience with ETL, data transformation, and data modeling.
- Ability to work independently or in a team and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps and Power BI solutions.
- Create automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, and permissions.
- Develop Dataverse tables and security roles.
- Integrate Power Platform apps with Teams, Excel, SQL, and Dataverse.
- Analyze current processes and recommend Power Platform solutions.
- Provide user training and documentation.
- Ensure security and lifecycle management of apps.
