Job summary

ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a Power Platform & AI Engineer for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will design and build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud flows, and Dataverse, collaborating with business users to translate requirements into scalable automations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the Power Platform, expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, and experience with AI tools like Copilot Studio

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Power BI, and Dataverse.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing business process automation, low-code solutions, or performing in a comparable role.
• At least 1 year of experience developing conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• At least 1 year of experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex).
• Ability to work PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into scalable automations.
• Evaluate and verify AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to governance and ALM for Power Platform implementations.
