Job summary

Seneca Resources Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Power Platform Administrator to own and enhance our enterprise Microsoft Power Platform environment. This role focuses on governance, administration, security, and operational excellence within the Power Platform Center of Excellence.

You will partner with Architecture, Security, QA and Delivery teams to build a secure, scalable platform for professional and citizen developers to deliver impactful business solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise with PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Dataverse, PowerPlatformAdminCenter, and Managed Environments.
• Strong understanding of environment management, security models, DLP policies, connector governance, licensing and capacity management.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform administration tools, reporting, monitoring, and PowerShell.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Platform provisioning, configuration, security roles, access controls, service accounts, and lifecycle management.
• Design and manage environment strategies across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.
• Lead ALM practices: managed solutions, deployment pipelines, environment variables, connection references, source control integration.
• Evaluate releases and new features, provide recommendations on adoption and standards.
• Support growth and maturity of the CoE.
• Provide guidance to developers, citizen developers, and business stakeholders on best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, office hours, and enablement initiatives to drive adoption.
