Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Power Platform Administrator to lead day-to-day administration, governance implementation, and operational health of our enterprise Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role partners with CoE leadership and security teams to implement platform standards and enable secure, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on admin experience, governance mindset, and a track record of operating within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
Governance frameworks and Center of Excellence (CoE) support experience.
Strong knowledge of environments, DLP policies, connector governance, and licensing.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain enterprise Power Platform environments, including provisioning and lifecycle management.
Define and enforce governance standards and ALM pipelines; manage deployments and environment strategies.
Collaborate with CoE, security, QA, and delivery teams to operationalize platform standards.
Provide guidance and enablement to developers and business users on platform capabilities and approved practices.
Develop and maintain runbooks, monitoring procedures, and reporting for platform health and usage.
