Job summary

Motion seeks a Power Platform Administrator to lead day-to-day administration, governance implementation, and operational health for our enterprise Power Platform ecosystem. Manage environments, ALM, data protection policies, licensing, and monitoring while enabling business users in a secure, scalable setting.

You will partner with CoE leadership, security, QA, and delivery teams to implement platform standards, runbooks, and automated tasks using PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and a Center of Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of environments, security models, DLP, connectors, and licensing.
• Hands-on experience with ALM practices and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with admin center, PowerShell, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Power Platform environments, including provisioning, configuration, security, access management, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor capacity, licensing, usage, environment health, and operational performance.
• Establish runbooks, incident response, and escalation processes for platform administration.
• Automate administrative tasks and reporting using Power Platform tools and PowerShell.
• Define and enforce governance standards, environment strategies, and ALM practices.
