Job summary

Leidos Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the Strategic Program Consulting team within Power Delivery Solutions. You will coordinate across Real Estate, Survey, Engineering and more to manage transmission projects through siting, land acquisition, and project controls.

The role is largely remote with periodic travel in the Carolinas; candidates should reside in NC or SC to serve the client effectively. Must have 8+ years in electric utility PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated project management experience within the electric utility industry.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with electric transmission capital projects and siting/ROW activities preferred.
• Primavera P6 familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support execution of transmission projects through Site & Acquire phase.
• Serve as central point of coordination across Real Estate, Survey, Engineering, Siting, Environmental, Permitting, Public Engagement, Legal, Project Controls, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Track land acquisition milestones, surveys, title work, environmental considerations, and closing milestones.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, issue resolution, reporting, and project controls alignment.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure in-service readiness with the team.
