RESPEC is seeking a full-time Power BI Developer to turn student loan data into dashboards and reports for Minnesota OHE. You will create stable Power BI environments, validate data from multiple sources, and migrate legacy reports to Power BI while training state staff and collaborating with business and tech teams.

You will design dashboards, write SQL queries, ensure data quality, and implement refresh strategies and security controls across the environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years: Advanced Power BI development.
• Student loan data validation experience, including forbearance data.
• Strong experience writing technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders; versatile presentations.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for a variety of business users.
• Write and optimize SQL queries against data sources, including Azure SQL Server.
• Migrate legacy Tableau/Crystal Reports to Power BI.
• Provide Power BI training and daily project status reports to stakeholders.
• Define data refresh strategies and implement security/access controls.
